Trinity Woods’ year-round missionary program invites young adults to experience the adventure of a life radically lived for Christ. Located on 700 acres in the Northwoods of Wisconsin, our missionaries facilitate experiences that allow people of all ages to encounter God through the Sacraments while in the beauty of His creation.

Passionately Catholic
Our missionaries are grounded in the rich tradition of the Catholic faith, with their service flowing from a deep and lived relationship with Christ. Shaped by Scripture, prayer, and the Church’s teachings, their faith isn’t just a backdrop — it’s the heartbeat of everything they do.
Year-Round Opportunity
This mission begins with a summer on Trinity Team, transitions into a school year of hosting retreats and leading faith and science lessons, and concludes with a second summer serving as activities and small group leaders for incoming Trinity Team members.
Dynamic Community
Missionaries don’t just work alongside one another — they do life together. From shared meals and prayer to the joys and challenges of ministry, they are constantly supported, challenged, and encouraged by a vibrant community of missionaries who are equally passionate about their faith and their mission.
Provided Benefits
Our year-round missionaries are well taken care of so they can focus on what matters most — their mission. Benefits include a generous stipend, housing, fundraising aid, and more, ensuring that practical needs are met every step of the way.
The Faith & Science Difference.
Year-Round Missionaries facilitate the Faith & Science programs here at Trinity Woods, and are given the unique opportunity to be both science educators and faith witnesses at the same time.
Year-Round Missionaries are trained to lead hands-on outdoor science lessons — tree id, survival skills, team building, raptors & eagles, night sky, and more — and to weave in the Catholic intellectual tradition throughout. Facilitating and leading students in outdoor activities while sharing the beauty of a life lived with Christ.
If you love the outdoors, love young people, and want a way to share your faith, we encourage you to apply to be part of this team that facilitates the Faith & Science camps.
